Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not offer refunds on worn, altered, installed, brushed, cut, dyed, or customized wigs.
However, exchanges may be accepted for wrong orders sent within 3 days of delivery or pickup if:
- the wig is unused
- lace has not been cut
- original packaging is intact
- the item is in original condition
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order for any issues.
Please note:
- Color may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.
- Custom and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent.
