Local delivery and Canada/U.S shipping available.

Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days

Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not offer refunds on worn, altered, installed, brushed, cut, dyed, or customized wigs.

Exchanges may only be accepted if the wrong item was sent by Lagos Glam Wigs. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup if:

  • the wig is unused
  • the lace has not been cut
  • original packaging is intact
  • the item remains in original condition

Please note:

  • Color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Custom and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent.
